What is Sem?

Is the tutor a real person?

No. The tutor is an AI that talks with you live, at your level, and you can interrupt her like in a real conversation. She can remember your lessons with a short note (never recordings), and you can turn that off or erase it.

Do I need to download an app?

No. Sem works in the browser on iPhone, Android and computers, and can be added to the home screen.

Are calls recorded?

No. Calls and tutor sessions are not recorded. Speech is processed by AI services in real time to create subtitles, translations and the tutor's answers. Sem is for people 18 and older.
